Wrestling to Take to Mats at 3C2A State Championships
Raiders ready for biggest stage
SACRAMENTO, Calif. (April 29, 2026) – The 2026 California Community College Athletic Association (3C2A) Women's Wrestling State Championships will take place this weekend at Fresno City College.
A trio of wrestlers enter the meet ranked among the Top-10 in the state. Avalynn Ramos holds the top spot in the 207-weight class as the No. 1 seed. In the 131-weight class, Emily Hernandez is ranked No. 8 while teammate Valeria Fuentes sits at No. 8 in the 235-point weight class.
Additionally, a few other Raiders are right on the cusp of Top-10 rankings in various weight classes and each has an opportunity to climb the ladder at the State Championships this weekend.
