“The Big Man’s Skills Camp” to be Held at MC

This camp gives the athlete the most comprehensive approach to proper technique and competition. All of our lineman will learn both in the classroom and on the field. The camp will be fast-paced, intense and feature some of the best Lineman from the surrounding High Schools. We will choose individuals to attend our Elite Lineman Camp from our BigMan Skills Camp. Participants will receive a review via email on their strengths and areas of improvement. Additionally, All participants will receive Lunch and T-Shirt for attending the BigMan Skills Camp. Video footage available upon request for a  $75.00 fee. Video will include (Agility drills, One on One Pass Rush, combine stats)

BigMan Skills Camp Includes: $99.00

Agility Drills: Athletes will engage in various drills with an emphasis on Lateral movement, Flexibility and Speed. This portion of the camp is under the supervision of ProActive Sports Performance.

Measurement:  Each athlete will be tested using the latest technology and metrics to accurately report the athlete’s actual scores. No Games here, only the TRUTH will set you free… This portion of the camp is under the supervision of ProActive Sports Performance.

Drills: Athletes will go through a series of techniques based on their respective position. The athletes will be reviewed and scored by position coaches.

Film Study:All athletes will be separated into their respective position and watch film from the early session. Players will be highlighted doing the correct technique and others will be corrected to ensure the principals being taught are understood.
